These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the One Young India website and any programs, memberships, and services offered through it (the "Services"), operated by OYI Learning Systems LLP (dba One Young India) ("we", "us", "our"), having its registered office at 249 Ground Floor, Bhera Enclave, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi, 110087. GSTIN: 07AAGFO7722H1Z5. By using the Services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
One Young India runs education programs (including Model G20, Model NITI Aayog, Entrepreneurship in Action and Learnacy), memberships providing access to learning resources, and related content. Some Services are paid. Our simulations, including Model G20 and Model NITI Aayog, are independent educational programmes and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the G20, NITI Aayog, or any government body.
2. Eligibility & accounts
Many programs are intended for students in Grades 8 to 12. Where a participant is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must make the booking and accept these Terms on the participant's behalf. When you create an account you confirm that you are 18 or over, or that your parent or guardian agrees to you having it; we record that you confirmed it and when, and we do not ask for your age. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
3. Bookings, memberships & payment
Program fees and membership prices are shown on the relevant page in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST at 18% (GSTIN: 07AAGFO7722H1Z5). A GST tax invoice is available on request. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay); we do not store your card details. A paid booking or membership is confirmed only once payment is successfully received and reconciled.
A free Learnacy account lets you draft and save papers in the Writing Studio in every format, explore World 101's public sections and use the 2D version of every lab in Learnacy Labs. Adding images to papers, feedback from the Writing Studio's AI writing coach, the originality check, and submitting or resubmitting work for editorial review require an active Learnacy Essential membership, whether purchased, gifted or included with a programme. Learnacy Essential is a single payment for one year of access, with no automatic renewal. When access ends, saved papers remain available in My papers and drafting remains free.
Learnacy Essential includes the Writing Studio's AI feedback and submission to editorial review, World 101's member tools, 11 self-paced courses, most with a completion certificate and the 3D labs in Learnacy Labs. All Writing Studio formats and unlimited drafts are available. Fair-use request limits apply to saving and optional AI assistance. Programme places, competition entry fees and personal mentorship are separate. Organisers set their own eligibility, deadlines and rules, including any restrictions on AI assistance. Studio guides do not establish entry eligibility. Learnacy Labs needs a free Learnacy account. The 2D version of every lab is available to every signed-in member. The 3D labs are included in Learnacy Essential. Learnacy Labs is offered in beta and may change.
Each purchased Essential plan includes an allowance for one accepted paper. This does not guarantee acceptance; publication is a separate editorial decision. A paper uses the allowance when approved, and prior publications are not removed by this policy. Publication requires an editorial review against the Learnacy rubric averaging at least 4/5, with each criterion at 3/5 or above, and checks for authorship, evidence and publication rights. A publication certificate records publication rather than qualifications or independent verification of the work.
4. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Service delivery
Programs are delivered on the dates and in the format stated on each program page (online or on-campus). Learnacy Essential, including the Writing Studio's AI feedback and submission, World 101's member tools, 11 self-paced courses, most with a completion certificate and the 3D labs in Learnacy Labs, is delivered digitally through your account upon activation. For programs, joining details are shared with you ahead of the start date.
6. Code of conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully and follow reasonable instructions from our team and partners. We may remove a participant for conduct that endangers or materially disrupts others, in line with our safeguarding commitments.
7. Intellectual property
Website content, curriculum and materials are owned by us or our licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Where we publish student work through our programs it remains credited to its author; where the author is a minor, we publish their work, name, or image only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, which may be withdrawn.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the Services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific Service in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your rights as a consumer.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction over disputes, without affecting any right you may have as a consumer to bring proceedings before the consumer forum where you reside under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
